Stems
- Briztone Patch stem units made of cured special rubber compound wrapped with dual cure cushion gum
- Repairs using stem repair units eliminates long filler gum curing time.
- Stems used when the angle of injury is more than 20° where Combi plug repairs cannot be used.
- Universal or Radial or Bias ply patches should be used for reinforcement.
- Appropriate carbide cutters to be used for steel belted radial tires and bias plug cutters for bias ply nylon tires.
- For perfect compression fit of the stem in the tire, the stem size should be larger than the injury size.
- Use with best patch chemical vulcanizing fluid for perfect bonding.
